The Power of Parts

In this workshop, I offer a guided practice into the realm of the soma. In this process of exploring our own inner worlds, we offer space and time for different parts of ourselves to come forth and communicate.


HomePlay Assignments for this Week:

1) Take extra care to rest, nurture yourself and find moments of joy this week. You’ve been doing lots of hard work! Balance it out with some pleasure! Also, (spoiler), the program is going to get much more playful, sexy and lighthearted real soon. We do the heavy lifting internal work first so that the fun stuff can feel even deeper and more expansive.

2) Continue to brainstorm real, tangible action steps for supporting your wounded part.

3) If you like, you can continue to make contact thought the week with these parts by taking a few seconds to place a hand over the part of your body that this part lives in. These few seconds of “checking in” or “saying hi” can be a kind way of showing support for this part.

4) Feel free to email me with what you found during your session! I love to offer customized support in the form of personalized HomePlay assignments and custom meditations. I also just really love to hear about what you found.
