In your Somatic Shadow Integration Session you will:
Identity what you most deeply desire
Uncover the core blockage that is sabotaging you from living this desire
Be guided through a somatic journey to meet this core blockage. I will guide you step-by-step to compassionately dialogue with this part so that you can understand the fears, motivations, purpose and desires of this part.
Together, we will learn what support this part needs and exactly how to construct that system of support. Once the part feels seen, heard, understood and supported, the part will no longer sabotage you. The life long pattern of constriction, limitation and self-sabotage will begin dissolving immediately. You will wake up the following day ready to take action steps towards your desire.
