Let’s finally talk about partnered sex! We’ve been devoting so much time to cultivating a strong and vibrant sexual relationship with self. So now we can transition forward into partnered sex. We discuss the cultural narratives that hold us back and limit us and the new and empowered narratives that we can begin walking towards.

HomePlay Assignment:

Continue to ponder the sexual narratives that are limiting you. Choose one new, empowered narrative that you would like to embody. Come up with some action steps for how you can begin embodying this new narrative.
