Pleasure School Curriculum
Pleasure School is 10-month Group Coaching Program that is divided into 6 very sexy chapters. The goal of Pleasure School is to support its members to reclaim their own sensual, sexual and erotic pleasure for the purpose of personal empowerment and self-liberation. Pleasure School is for women and people with vulvas 18+. Here’s all the juicy details…
Pleasure School begins on May 12th, 2022
Chapter 1: Foundations
Before we get into Safety, Self-Love and Self-Worth, I want to guide you through the foundational process of clarifying your desires. Most people go lifetimes without authentically speaking their desires. This is a profound practice. In order to get what you really want, you have to know what you want. But there’s more to it than that. You see, a secret that many people don’t know is that every time you really want something, there is a part of you that is absolutely TERRIFIED of having that thing (hello, Self-Sabotage). So the secret to experiencing ecstatic pleasure is working with the part of you that is terrified of sex, pleasure and intimacy. Once you learn how to offer that part of you compassionate understanding, support and care, then pleasure blossoms effortlessly.
So this chapter includes:
Speaking and clarifying your most bold, bad ass audacious desires, even if it’s a little scary to do so
Celebrating and radically supporting each other in these desires
Using somatic techniques to access the part of you that is scared shitless of achieving this desire
Learning what the needs of this part are
Learning how to give support, safety and nourishment to this part
Committing to support this part and love it so deeply.
Once you learn how to do this process, you can apply it to any area of your life and it will help you very quickly and effectively achieve your desires and break the vicious cycle of self-sabotage. This is really powerful stuff.
Chapter 2: Safety
In the Safety chapter of our program, I will be offering dozens of tools for finding safety within your own body. Before we can experience expansive levels of pleasure, our body must feel safe enough to do so. For most people, chronic stress and trauma heavily interferes with the ability to be present within the body and to experience pleasure. I will be teaching simple and effective tools for stress management and gentle trauma integration. These tools will radically change your experience of pleasure but will also empower you in all areas of your life to feel more safety and ease.
This chapter will include:
Guided Mindfulness Practices to cultivate present moment awareness (mindful eating, mindful drinking, mindful walking, mindful showering)
Guided Mindful Pleasure Practices (Mindfully caressing your own skin, massaging your own scalp, etc.)
Felt Sense meditations to expand sensation perception
Grounding techniques
Orienting techniques
The Art of Vagus Nerve Stimulation
Bi-Lateral Stimulation
Emotional Alchemy
How to complete a stress cycle
Embodiment practices for self-nurturing and self-comforting
Collective Bathtime Ritual
Chapter 3: Love
The secret to ecstatic sex isn’t some simple tip or trick. The secret to unlocking ecstatic sex lies is learning real tools to access radical levels of self-acceptance and self-love. All sex, including partnered sex, is mostly with ourselves. In order to be erotically intimate with another, we must learn how to be deeply intimate with ourselves. And not just the cute parts, ALL the parts. In this chapter, I will teach you how to shed limiting beliefs about what makes you unloveable so that you can start cozying up to all of you. I’ll teach you how to get massively turned on by even the grossest, most annoying, challenging parts of you so that you can start sharing your true, authentic, brilliant self with the world, inside of sex and outside of sex.
This chapter will include:
Guided practices for Radical Body Love, perceiving your body as a precious creation of nature
Identifying and re-writing limiting beliefs about ourselves and our lovability
Learning how to actually embrace and love the most challenging parts of yourself (Bitchy Parts, Lazy Parts, Annoying parts, all the parts!)
Introduction to loving, nurturing and supporting you Inner Child so they don’t keep coming around and messing stuff up
The Mouth-Watering Sexiness of Imperfection
Embracing Life as your Chosen Lover
Learning how to get totally turned on by Shame
Chapter 4: Worth
Worthiness is super-duper confusing. We are conditioned from birth that our worth is earned. We are worthy if we are good enough, beautiful enough, successful enough, productive enough. Yatta, Yatta, Yatta… But the truth is that our worth is actually inherent. We are actually worthy just because we exist. But this concept is extremely hard to grasp and sort of impossible to understand with the mind. Which is why so many of us spend so much darn time struggling with self-esteem or feeling good enough. Many of us don’t feel worthy of pleasure and it blocks us from experiencing it. But the truth is that you are worthy of sexual ecstacy just because you are alive. We can’t understand this with the mind. But we can absolutely understand this through the body. I’ll give you real somatic techniques to be able to really FEEL WORTHY in a deep, mind-blowing, life-changing way.

Chapter 5: Pleasure
Every chapter of this school is filled with pleasure practices, but now we really dive into the deep end. My goal in this chapter is to really blow your mind open with how much pleasure your body is capable of experiencing. The human nervous system is absolutely incredible. Completely sober, the human body is capable of experiencing psychedelic levels of magnificent ecstasy. You can learn how to go on epic journeys within your own body. Most people are only experiencing a mere sliver of what is available to them in terms of pleasure. Bliss is infinite.
